The exact schedule and quantum differs depending on the products licensed and the target environment.
Post-implementation, Prologic First renders maintenance services that include 24 x 7 phone-in consulting, disaster recovery assistance and periodic upgrades. Optionally, Prologic First also provides additional on-site services such as re-training, system audits, etc.
